2018 – present
Art practitioner for Acroyd Community Centre, preparing and facilitating art and crafts for Elder Peoples Support Project. Working with an established art class of different abilities to learn new techniques and create new works. Plus running one off projects for a weekly social club.
2016 – present
Co-founder and art practitioner for Art Collective Kidz, preparing and facilitating an after school fun art and craft club for 5 to 12 yrs. Using fun, creativity and experimental techniques to create amazing art creations and build confidence.

Member of SEE Art Collective, a group of artists' collaborating together to develop and expand our art practice. Create new works together and put on exhibitions.

2015- present
Organiser and facilitator of Big Draw charity event for Fairlawn Primary School. Project design and development within Big Draw theme and school criteria. Instigating the project for approximately 480 children over a school day and presenting as an art show for School Museum night. Working and liaison with volunteer helpers, teachers and children.

Messy Art play co-ordinator at Grow Mayow Community Gardens Wednesday mornings for under 5 year olds, preparing materials and instigating fun projects.

Co-ordinating Walters Way Art Collective as part of Open House events, bringing local women and Mum artists' together to exhibit, support each other with creativity and future creative endeavours.

Volunteer for Fairlawn Primary PTA as committee member, previous Chair and fundraising events organiser. Organiser, co-ordinator and facilitator of Summer Fair for past 4 years and Christmas Fair for past 2 years. Booking and liaison with outside contractors, working with budgets, co-ordinating volunteers, event planning, site management and risk assessments.
2008
Volunteer and paid art educator for Sure Start Children's Centre and new mum's postnatal group. Creating and facilitating a program of art projects for vulnerable new mums. Working together with therapists and the group to help boost confidence through art and creativity.
2007 - present
Self employed art practitioner, Shiree Allen Art & Design, creating fine art and contemporary prints, exhibiting in galleries and Open House events.

Volunteer and site manager for Campaign for Real Ale, South East London Branch. Co-ordination and instigation of all site requirements for a Catford Beer Festival.

Freelance designer for volunteer groups and clients, including poster and Brand logo design.
